If ICF is not re-opening grants program/releasing the new delegations policy, if AiB is just Jae’s political gun and private funding org, If both of them are not funding the teams that make concrete contribs to the Cosmos stack (which benefits to a large part of the space’s chains), Atom holders should. In a way or another.
