Honestly, almost spot on! On the third bullet point i would clarify that we are in no way trying to take over management or oversight of them, rather, just act as a party that they always have to call on, that _can_ help with negotiating and sourcing grants, helping with overhead & administration, etc. etc. as needed.

And honestly, this will be the case whether we do anything official, or if confio wants our help right now or not. The same is true for any entity thats working to advance the greater interchain, they will always have us available to call on for help.

Happy to add you to the Telegram grouop to have that call, and move forward. Is this you? @TendermintTimmy
