**Cosmos SDK v0.39.2 发布**

该新版本 v0.39.2 只用于漏洞修复，不会打破此前版本的适配性，也无需更新客户端 app 代码。详情：

**Lunie Light 钱包发布**

Lunie 团队在 11 月底停止提供 Lunie 钱包服务。为了给 Atom 持有者提供更好的服务，Tendermint 与 ICF 联合 Lunie 团队开发了 Lunie Light 钱包，目前可支持 cosmoshub-3；未来，Tendermint 团队将继续更新其所拥有的钱包版本，以支持能跨链转账的 cosmoshub-4 。详情：

**Cosmos 新增治理提案进展**

Cosmos 第 30 号治理提案于 11 月 19 日以压倒性支持率获得通过，提案执行后，奖励回报率将从 8.25% 提升至 9.19%；关于治理提案投票权拆分及社区奖金池的第 31 和 32 号提案仍在投票阶段，可使用 Rainbow 钱包等工具参与治理投票。详情：
