**IBC 协议：“星际之门 Stargate” 升级更新**
IBC 开发团队主要成员 Christopher Goes 及其他团队成员围绕通讯协议 IBC v1.0 版本的更新、Protobuf 迁移、状态同步、升级模块、功能齐全的轻型客户端等展开会议讨论，预计第一个测试网将于7月27日发布。详情：

**Cosmos 核心团队 Tendermint 成立新董事会，IRISnet 创始人 Harriet Cao 入选**
6 月 22 日，Tendermint 公司宣布成立新董事会和选出新的 CEO。新成立的 5 人董事会已确认三名成员，包括 Harriet Cao（ IRISnet 创始人 ）、Jae Kwon（Tendermint 公司创始人，Cosmos 联合创始人，ICF 基金会主席），以及 Peng Zhong（Cosmos 前 CDO）。同时，Peng Zhong 也是 Tendermint 公司的新任 CEO。
据公告介绍，Harriet Cao 是 Cosmos 生态长期建设者，她作为创始人参与打造的IRISnet 跨链服务枢纽基于 Cosmos SDK 打造，是构建新一代分布式商业应用的基础设施。IRISnet 项目也是Cosmos SDK 最早的贡献者之一。详情：

**IRISnet 最新进展**
IRIS 基金会执行了特别销毁，持续促进生态去中心化健康发展。2020 年 4 月 1 日到 5 月 31 日期间，来自 IRISnet 社区的自发委托量稳步增长。在保持全网抵押率基本稳定的前提下，IRIS 基金会生态发展基金分批撤回了用于委托的 892 万 IRIS。为响应之前社区成员提出的建议，持续促进生态向去中心化方向发展，IRIS 基金会在 2020 年 6 月 15 日对撤回的 892 万 IRIS 执行永久销毁；这次特别销毁后 IRIS 通证总量 19.94 亿 ，略低于初始发行总量。
