These monthly reports are shared to keep the community informed on progress and timelines of Hub initiatives. The report for November can be found [here.](https://forum.cosmos.network/t/cosmos-hub-unit-report-november-2025/16497) ### **ICF Delegation Program (December update)** The Hub Unit and ICF are aligning on the final implementation details for the updated delegation program. Expectations: - The program is now expected to be implemented in mid January. - More detail on the selected validation and the new process will be shared in an upcoming blog post. - Small reminder for validators to join the Cosmos Hub Validator Channel on Telegram, DM @RoboMcGobo for an invite. ### **Stargaze** The Stargaze marketplace and NFT collection remains on track and is still scheduled for February. In addition, the STARS token is expected to be migrated at a later date with the timeline of this happening around Q2 2026. Both Stargaze and Cosmos Labs continue to meet bi-weekly to ensure a smooth transition migration. Updates from these meetings will be posted here. Proposal deadline: January 15, 2026 (with the option to close earlier if enough qualified applications are received). No concrete tokenomics plan will be announced until research begins.
