As mentioned above Citizen Cosmos will vote YES. BTW, the essence of the prop looks a bit `meh`. I tried to explain what i mean [here](https://forum.cosmos.network/t/lets-discuss-the-slang-when-it-comes-to-inactive-validators/10764) - imo its about building a fairer approach to decentralizing stake.
