Hello. I joined the ICO. And it has cosmos address and restoration code. However, the address is displayed as invalid. It is displayed as invalid even on the official site, and it is the display even if connected by Ledger nanoS. Why? if you’d kindly teach me. ---

Dear zaki Of the several accounts, most were able to successfully receive cosmos tokens on Ledger nanoS. However, the address is displayed as invalid only for this account. Did you know why the address does not exist? I sent money by the correct procedure at the time of ICO. I also have a 12 word recovery phrase. There is also a history of transactions. But I can not get a token. why? Please kindly tell me. ---

Did you try to generate your address again using the 12 word recovery phrase and gaiacli ? Thank you for your reply. Yes. I tried to restore using the 12 word recovery phrase and gaiacli. There are several friends around me that have been able to restore Atom. I had that person teach me how to restore. However, this address can not be restored.
