Let’s Start Collecting Questions Here
Following the recent community poll, it looks like most people prefer collecting questions through Telegram. At the same time, several people also supported the idea of having a dedicated forum thread where questions can accumulate over time.
Rather than choosing only one method, I think we can combine all of them.
This thread can serve as a central place to post questions at any time during the month. People who prefer Telegram can still ask their questions there, and anyone who prefers a more private approach can also send them directly to Kwosh or Guinch via DM on Telegram.
By the time of the monthly Community Call, Kwosh and I will compile questions from all three sources:

Feel free to start posting your questions below throughout the month. They will be directly submitted to the people hosting the Community Call on the day of the event. Depending on the number of questions received, they will likely be sorted based on relevance, with priority given to:

Why isn’t the IBC Attestor launched directly on the Cosmos Hub to act as a decentralized and neutral notary service?

What are the technical, security, regulatory, or strategic reasons for keeping the Attestor as an off-chain, institution-controlled component instead?
In a vision where the Hub serves as the central interchain routing and settlement layer, it seems logical for the Hub (with its large validator set and neutrality) to provide attestation services for enterprise IBC transfers. This could strengthen the Hub’s role and create real utility for ATOM.

- Is the Hub liquidity layer currently being discussed a continuation or redesign of the former Stride Swap project, or is it an entirely new DEX architecture?
Stride Swap was originally planned as an IBC Eureka-native DEX on the Cosmos Hub, but it seems it could no longer launch after the Hub EVM plans were abandoned. The new liquidity layer now being discussed appears to be closer to a Duality-style orderbook with plugin-based DEX access and possible EVM reliance.
- Could Hub Unit clarify whether there is any technical, architectural, or team continuity between Stride Swap and this new liquidity layer proposal? And if EVM is still likely needed for the orderbook design, is that because of the previous Stride architecture, institutional requirements, or a completely new technical direction?
- Deadline for the DEX implementation ?
- Does the ICF plan to improve its accountability and transparency around treasury management, including staked assets, asset deployments, team payments, investments, grants, and operational expenses?
The current monthly snapshots provide only a high-level view of asset balances, but they do not explain how assets are managed, where funds are deployed, which teams or initiatives are being paid, what returns or results are expected, or how treasury decisions are made.
- Could the ICF consider publishing a more detailed monthly or quarterly treasury report, including asset movements, staking strategy, grants and investments, operational spending, runway, and measurable outcomes?

I am certain that part of the community is here not only because they hold ATOM, but also because they understand the technology and can identify potential use cases for Comet, IBC, and related tools within their own professions or areas of expertise.
For example, if you work in supply chain, you may have ideas for software that could potentially benefit from a decentralized ledger such as Comet, and therefore become a useful module for businesses. As a lawyer, I personally have legal-sector ideas of my own.
The issue today is that people with this kind of expertise often remain limited to theory. We need a way to help them turn those ideas into practice.
With that in mind, I have a few questions:
Would Cosmos Labs be open to setting up calls or discussions with community members who have ideas related to their professional sectors or areas of expertise, even though Robo is already involved?
Could it eventually be possible to leverage Cosmos Labs’ relationships with potential clients in order to showcase new products developed by the community?
I had heard about the possible creation of a sandbox testnet to build potential products that could be administered by Cosmos Labs. Is this still being considered? It would be very useful to be able to build specific products on a testnet with CosmWasm/EVM enabled.
More broadly, the question is how the community can contribute to institutional and enterprise adoption. I am convinced that there are talented people within the community who are currently unable to fully express their potential due to a lack of resources or support, despite having expertise in areas that could help shape tomorrow’s products and ultimately benefit the Hub.

3. How much fees has CL collected in total last 13 months?
4. ICF says full focus on institutions. How do the three board members benefit from this directly? What are their interests directly?
5. What incentive do ICF board members have to drive value to ATOM?
6. Why does the ICF sell ATOM for operational costs instead of BTC, ETH or TIA?
7. Is CL making earnings as a firm currently? If yes, are they making profit?
8. Eureka to Ethereum was launched more than a year ago and 0 buyback to this date?

1. 92% of ATOMs sold come from 6 largest cohorts, but how much of ATOM do they hold? 10% of atoms? 20% of atoms? 50% of atoms? This would be a signficant detail.
2. If I buy from CEX, does that count as CEX selling?
3. Any insight on where CEXs get their liquid atoms? Either generated through staking rewards (in which case infl is still a potential issue) or people selling to them (double count, because I sell to CEX, then CEX sells to next buyer)?
4. What is the final scope of gauntlets work? After providing the data analysis, will they also provide actionable suggestions?
I’m relatively new to the Cosmos Hub community, and I’m trying to understand its current level of user activity and growth.
From the outside, public community discussion and visible retail-user activity seem quieter than in some other ecosystems. Could the team share:
- Which metrics it currently uses to measure active Cosmos Hub users and ecosystem growth?
- How those metrics have changed over the past 6–12 months?
- What initiatives are planned to attract and retain more everyday ATOM users—not only validators, institutions, and governance participants?
It would also be helpful to understand where the team expects new user-facing applications and wallet experiences to fit into the Hub’s current roadmap.
