Tezos’ on-chain governance is more extreme than Cosmos. Arther B stress that governance makes blockchain last longer. Tezos focus on participation and vote ratio. Also Futarchy brought by Tezos is a totally different but interesting idea. Cosmos’ governance will be released when mainnet is on.
