We will submit the proposal on-chain tomorrow.
Edit: we discovered that the previous allowlist proposal for Ark Protocol accidentally kicked out the previous access for DAO DAO. As such, this proposal will include these two previously allowlisted addresses from prop 982 (Ark Protocol) and 944 (DAO DAO). This is a required step due to how parameter changes for CosmWasm work.
