Ok, so this might get some nasty messages on how centralized this idea is, and/or how it violates one or more basic tenets of Cosmos and blockchains. So I will ask what some already know, and some are wondering about.
How would I add a network usage fee/“tax” to my Cosmos application chain?
This could be compared to the community pool, except that the funds for this “usage tax” goto a specified Cosmos wallet.
How the % rate and the actual wallet address is set might be a whole other topic, but for simplicity, perhaps we hard code these (blasphemy!) or they go inside the genesis file.
Any examples of this already being done?
