The browser extension is complete now and tested on various browsers including Chrome and Edge.
It’s pretty awesome and anyone who has registered a TLD or domain name on their TLD through Atom Registry is welcome to downlopad and use it all they want.
Having a cool name isn’t all that cool if they can’t be seen online.
Oh, and I’m currently working on bringing a Widgets page live so TLD owners can do their own registrations on their own websites if they wish.
I use Brave as my main browser every day and everything is working great for me. I tested the blob URL as well and had no issues at all. Really nice work
I have a custom wallet build that I’m working on integrating the browser extension in and then build it as an extension so when people download and use the wallet, it’ll have the built in browsing support.
That sounds interesting, but I think the bigger win will be getting support from the wallets people already use. If the goal is to make this a real standard, integrations will probably matter more than building a separate wallet. A custom wallet could be a good demo but it may not solve the adoption problem on its own
Agree. People don’t want to download and use a new custom wallet just for one application. Gettin integrated in Keplr for exemple would be the best way to reach people and make them try and use it, just my 2 cents
