Hi
I am new to comos, starport and tendermint. I would like to make a new setup and I am not sure from where to start. I do not even know what underlying OS you need to have to start implementing the setup. My intentions are that I will use this setup to be able to go at a low level on the blockchain to try and investigate and manipulate transactions. Can someone please assist me in the initial process of what needs to be done?
