Judging from art and stuff i reckon this one came out of either @ebuchman’s ICF or @ebuchman informal systems.
They are frequently difficult to disambiguate.
I hope this isn’t controversial. It really does slash for downtime and maybe 100ish times more frequently than for equivocation.
