I may not be the best of candidates to help here as all I currently do with my atom is stake it, not super tech savvy, and try my best to understand the jargon on this forum. However from an investor/consumer point of view a few things I do value is simple reliable staking and clear validator information. Even though information has gotten better I still believe others may find it confusing to look at a list of validators and see all the numbers but not have a single clue what any of it means. Yes it’s important to inform yourself but the more clear and helpful someone can be upfront the more likely I’d be to stake or pool my coins there.
Also seeing Dapps and easy connectivity is always nice as it just helps the ecosystem as a whole feel more alive and being used. I may not mess with them much but still seeing other wallets add stuff always gives me personal hope that all is still well for the asset I’m invested in
In wallet swaps are convenient too in my use cases and even for use in dapps I’m sure would provide benefit to not having to go to other wallets and apps just to switch some coins.

You make a great point that validator information is only useful if people can understand what the numbers mean. Clear explanations around commission, performance, participation, and potential risks could make staking much more approachable.
