We pleased to announce that we are getting very close to the launch of Zephyrus.
As a reminder, Zephyrus is a voting aggregator for Hydro.
It allows users to delegate their “lockups” on Hydro to Zephyrus, and the protocol will vote on their behalf, aiming to optimize rewards and outcomes across Hydro rounds.
Zephyrus is built around a maritime metaphor inspired by Hydro: your lockups become vessels, and bids become harbors. Zephyrus helps you navigate by placing vessels in the most rewarding harbors.
You can, at any time, take manual control of your own ships and place them in the harbors of your choice, giving you full flexibility and transparency.
On the deployment side, we’re happy to inform you that:
- Zephyrus has been audited by Oak Security, and you can find the full report here.
- Zephyrus is now fully open-source, and you can explore the code base here.
With the above milestones behind us, Zephyrus is now fully ready for deployment.
Only one final step remains: in order to be fully operational, Zephyrus must wait for the upcoming Hydro upgrade, scheduled very soon. As soon as this upgrade is live, Zephyrus will be ready to go into production.
We will keep the community informed in the coming days, using the current thread on the forum, on the deployment of Zephyrus, and the opening of the flood gates for all of Hydro users.
