Atoms and Cosmos DPoS

Hey guys, a few quick questions:

  • How will Atom be disbursed? Will they be sent to each person’s Cosmos address?
  • Is the network going to be initiatlized with 168,475,963 atoms, and will inflate from these (because of block rewards)?
  • Is there a formal spec for Cosmos DPoS anywhere? What the inflation would be, how validators set fees, what collateral is required etc?
