Can't withdraw rewards or delegate

Cosmos 1.5 app was working last week , now when trying withdraw or delegate get “not a function”

Delegating failed: u[i] is not a function.
Withdrawal failed: u[i] is not a function.

Withdrawal failed: Failed to fetch.
