Everyone is entitled to their own vision, and I respect that. You can have all the Trump or Ripple stickers, but does it really change anything? To me, the vision for Cosmos isnât about talking, itâs about building something people actually use. Thatâs the kind of impact that matters. I really appreciate how clearly you laid out your ideas here. Itâs exciting to see people thinking about practical ways to grow the ecosystem, not just hype it. At the end of the day, itâs these kinds of discussions that can turn concepts into real, usable tools that benefit the whole community.

Thanks for the heads up! I just wanted to add some context to the proposal and share my thoughts to make the discussion more practical
For the builders to stay you need them to come in the first place. You need to attract them somehow. At the moment there is no tangible prospects for new talent e.g. university students to end up being interested in Cosmos technology:
- SEO is not favourable at all:I dare you to make a search like: âweb3 / blockchain [tech] for beginnersâ or similar and finding Cosmos in the results
- Social media, discussion and QA platforms like Reddit and Quora rarely feature Cosmos
- There are no (Solana) Superteam-like community-building initiatives that also act like incubators
- Hackathons donât attract long-term interest and too expensive in general
- âWord of mouthâ is not guaranteed to be positive at this point
Despite being in ecosystem for long time as someone who isnât core developer I have no idea how Cosmos Interoperability vision is better than competitors like Polkadot Parachains, Avalanche Subnets, Polygon AggLayer and others. I am a dapp-oriented guy and know a handful of aspects that are better on this stack than anywhere else
Do many other people here know? How a beginner suppose to figure all out?
Currently, the SDK is the clear leader when it comes to selecting a tech for building your own sovereign chain with custom functionality. The problem is itâs an advanced topic that is definitely not for the beginners but it isnât the main issue.
Based on what I understood from presentations by Cosmos Labs there is huge interest coming from big financial organizations and governments. it might very well bring revenue and strength to $ATOM through the strategy and the roadmap the team envisioned.
However if itâs going to be the only publicly known use case thereâs a risk of getting reputation of âCBDC techâ
When it comes to the proposal in my opinion itâs very broad and we can split it by focus area. I think most of what focus on the end-users can be postponed until later stages. Right now the focus should be primarily on marketing for developers and builders specifically
So sad that nobody uses CosmosâŚ
We are building already 6 years, I was speaking with so many developers, and all the time the same problem: We built very cool tool (tech, service, product) - but nobody uses it
In our world - marketing is practical
People with use something with hype, and nobody want to use something without hype
At the end of the days - Cosmos Hub will have the same results as Juno:
- Great tech
- Constantly falling price
- No hype
- No devs
- No community

Developers actually have real projects to show for their work. In your case, nothing is known about your projects at all, yet you constantly talk about them as if they were incredibly successful. If thatâs true, then why does no one know about them?
P.S. Weâre all still waiting for you to go build your âamazingâ projects on Solana like you promised back in the summer. So please pack your things and go join your friends there. Just donât forget to shut down your Cosmos validator â it would be strange to FUD Cosmos while still living off it and spending its rewards on drugs
