The quality of your past achievements is testimony to your competence to deliver on the promises. These are just the tip of the iceberg as there are multiple other contributors, many of which we are probably not even aware of! This parallelization of similar work being done by different participants is a key component of the Cosmos Ecosystem, yet another proof of the decentralization.
