作为一个去中心化的区块链网络，验证人的高效协作和经验分享是推动Cosmos快速发展的源泉和基石。为鼓励优秀的验证人积极参与网络建设，ICF（互联链基金会）希望向对Cosmos生态做出巨大贡献的验证人委托ATOM，以表支持。
目前，ICF已进行了两轮ATOM委托计划，分别面向权益争夺赛获胜者及网络中voting power较小的验证人，详情请见：
