I have a network where I want a fixed supply of tokens to be in circulation. The token being used for slashing cannot and should not be destroyed under any circumstances.
So my question is – how do I make it so the slashed tokens, rather than being destroyed, say get sent to a special wallet, or get re-distributed to other delegates much like gas is, or is sent to a special pool, or some other option (something where the tokens themselves never get destroyed)?
