As far as I have understood from non dev background and just a researcher, HALO is a consumer chain that provides resistance and security to rollups
I was thinking, what if we had tornado cash like routing while interacting with HALO ? Since the network functions as settlement layer, i.e. settles the value exchange between the zones, - I don’t see a reason why we should not or can’t have it
Also, if HALO is a programmable network that allows you to program your own rollups, where does value proposition come from Neutron Evmos and other smart contract platforms? They lose relevancy with that in my opinion
With privacy, comes cons - it attracts regulatory eyes negatively, and not only regulatory but also community wise. After taste of such privacy feature will be that Cosmonauts are doing shady business, although I think privacy is right, choice afterwards
