Transaction Fee

Hi Team,

i am going through ATOM explorer and RPC calls, I wuld like to know how to fetch the transaction fee information for the transactions of ATOM.
Please help me, i have looked into few blogs , but they are incomplete, please let me know how to arrive the fee showing in the explorers from block data.

There isn’t any mechanism to do this.

I think there should be.
