Best open source Cosmos-chain web wallet

I am looking to adopt an open source web wallet that I can skin and tweak for my own chain and token so that people can create a new wallet, get the mnemonic, encrypt and save the wallet key to disk and reload and decrypt it back (much like MEW), as well as of course view their balance, send tokens, and delegate and unbond as well.

It does say the following on the Lunie github:

ATTENTION: Lunie requires a backend. This is currently not yet public.

Does this mean I can’t quite really run my own copy of Lunie for my own chain?
