Currently following the instructions on installing the Gaia client (https://cosmos.network/docs/cosmos-hub/gaiacli.html#gaia-cli). I cloned the SDK, but the make tools install command returned “No rule to make target ‘install’. Stop”. I’m not really sure where to proceed here, since I just cloned the Cosmos SDK without any modifications. Is this a problem with the makefile? My $GOPATH , $GOBIN , and $PATH environment variables are set as they should be.
