You need to enter your Cosmos address, not the BTC address you sent to.
The Cosmos address is included in the OP_RETURN of the transaction sent from the Bitcoin address.
You can also recover it using your seed phrase that you wrote down - but please be careful when typing that phrase into a computer and preferably only use an offline machine that is never connected to the internet.
