Maker stable coin system for Cosmos

Hello everyone,

We’ve been building a proof of concept maker CDP system for cosmos over the past few months. We’re happy enough with our progress that we will be launching a full cosmos zone, so I wanted to let people know about it.

It would be great to discuss and get feedback, particularly from people interested in validating.
I’ll be in Berlin this week at the hackathon and interchain event, in the main area all lunch time on Friday. My telegram is @rhuairahrighairidh

The git repo is https://github.com/kava-labs/kava-devnet
sdk modules in /blockchain/x/

This looks really cool! I just checked out the design section. I’m an active participant in the MakerDAO, so I’d be interested in seeing something similar succeed on Cosmos.

What do you need from the community?

would love to see your modules added to the cosmos/awesome repo: https://github.com/cosmos/awesome. How did your time in Berlin go? Was it a success?

Hello! We love seeing people at the intersection of MakerDAO and Cosmos. How would you envision appealing KAVA to other active MakerDAO participants?

Hey @marbar I submitted a PR adding the CDP modules.
Berlin was really good. It was nice meeting everyone in person.

saw that, thank you. Quick question, are the modules dependant on each other?

auction and pricefeed are independent and fairly general purpose
but liquidator depends on cdp and auction, and cdp depends on pricefeed

Hey,

We are recovering from the purge or ‘‘discount’’ actual phase.
and taking the opportunity
to take positions in the markets on our assets like Cosmos Atom.

No Worry.
they are recovering,
no tribalism, no proselytism, we are using ETH Tezos, bitcoin, and more.

The good news
BFT Tendermint engine is actually proving is technical strength,
This global network event legitimate the tech performance of Cosmos network

Trx is hitting new highs and correct if I am wrong.

We have no congestion in the cosmos network, something we can be proud of it.

A Big Thank all Tendermint Teams
&
To all Validators and Community
for the resilience and technical performances.
