Formally Request VotePower percentages from VaaS providers

At present, due to the secrecy of validator as a service companies, it is not possible to know if one of these organizations has the ability to stop the hub.

Allnodes, mentioned in proposal 99, has:

  • Provided information on its vote power in cosmos on a per network basis
  • Improved key management practices

vote YES to request that VaaS companies provide a report on their Cosmos Hub VotePower.

Is there any means of building a transparency mechanism to give us this information? Or failing that a mechanism to limit validator voting power?

Nope, they’d just have to be as great as allnodes (I’m serious, I worked with them to redesign their processes and I’m very pleased with their changes)
